2002:23 - 4 Post Road, Pobama Trust, Requests a Variance to Article IV, Section 406 and asks that said terms be waived to permit construction of a single family dwelling that will be less than the required setback.
2002:24 - 4 Post Road, Pobama Trust, Requests a Variance to Article IV, Section 409.9 and asks that said terms be waived to permit construction of a single family dwelling that will be less than the required wetland setback of 50 feet.

2002:28 - 59 Mill Road, Craig & Cheri Sinclair, Requests a Variance to Article IV, Section 409.9 and asks that said terms be waived to permit a building within the 50' wetlands setback.
2002:30 - 4 Post Road, Pobama Trust, Requests a Variance to Article IV, Section 411 and asks that said terms be waived to permit construction of a single family home that has less that the amount of contiguous land required.
2002:31 - 17 Sylvan Road, Jonathan & Elizabeth Howe, Requests a Variance to Article IV, Section 406 and asks that said terms be waived to permit construction of an addition within the 25' setback.
2002:32 - 5 Ocean Blvd., Gregory S. Miller, Requests a Variance to Article IV, Section 406 and asks that said terms be waived to permit relief from the 50' front and 35' side setback in order to expand second story on already existing foundation and structure.
